The following article was written for Resources For Attorneys.com by David Hallstrom, a private investigator, he is not now nor has he ever been an attorney.
You have been in a accident, automobile, slip and fall, workplace, etc.. Should you see or speak with an attorney?
As far as I am concerned, the answer is always yes.
When should you consult with an accident attorney? You should seek the advise of an accident attorney as soon as possible after the accident. Do not wait. You could be giving up certain rights. You should definetly speak with an attorney before speaking with the other sides insurance agent, adjuster or attorney.
You say that you can not afford an attorney. Most accident attorneys will consult with you for free and, if they take your case, will handle it on a contingency basis, not taking any fee untill the case is settled. Most settlements are increased to cover the cost of the attorney and therefore normally the attorney costs you nothing. Many attorneys will also advance all court costs for you if they are forced to file suit.
You say that you were injured, however, the insurance company has offered to pay your medical bills and you do not feel it is right to take advantage of them by asking for additional money for your, pain, suffering, lost work, etc.. Don’t you feel that you as a person are worth something? Do you think so little of yourself that you feel that your pain, suffering, inconvience, etc. is worthless. You did not cause this accident. What you are going through was caused by someone else. You deserve to be compensated. The insurance company, as a matter of good business, has already built these types of costs into the premiums that they charge their customers. If the money does not go to you it will probably go to their shareholders or to increased salaries or ?. Why shouldn’t you be properly compensated. Remember most good attorneys are ethical and although they will attempt to obtain as much money for you as is due, they will not take your case unless they feel that it is proper.
You say someone else admitted liability and said that their insurance will pay all your damages. That’s great, however, what if the person changes his or her story later on and says that you were at fault. Or what if the other side’s insurance company refuses to pay what you think is proper. In fact, how do you know what is proper? Remember, an insurance company may pay claims, but it is in business to make money. It normally will not offer one dollar more than it has to and if you are not represented by an attorney the insurance company adjuster or attorney may feel that he or she can “get away” with paying much less than the claim may be worth. Additionally, what people state at the time of an accident is not always what they state after having spoken with a friend, insurance agent or attorney. Finally, an insurance adjuster or insurance attorney works for the insurance company, not for you. How do you know that what they are telling you is correct or true. Remember, in most instances, they are there to try and save the company money. You need an attorney on your side to tell you what your rights and obligations are.
You say that you were not hurt that bad or at all. How do you know how badly you were hurt. Some injuries do not show up for months. Other injuries may aggrivate a prior problem. Even if you have been found to be “ok” by a doctor, how do you know that a problem will not come up later. If you have insurance and did go to a doctor, who is going to pay your co-pay or deductible. If you do not have health insurance, who is going to pay for your examination which should include xrays, etc.. If you retain an attorney he or she can probably refer you to a doctor who will accept a lien against the insurance settlement, thereby saving you from paying money out of your pocket.
You say you have accident insurance, why not let them handle everthing for you. Your insurance company is there to defend any claims against you not to represent you in any claims against other parties. Additionally, they also are in business to make money. How do you know if they are trying to settle a case to help you or to save themselves money.

The following two poems, one in English, the other in English and Spanish were done during this ongoing trip in Peru, while in Lima, although the poem concerning: Chan Chan was oriinally started last year, while at the ancient site in Northern Peru, it was just finished recently.
The Gorriones of Lima
It is fall all around me
The Gorriones are swimming in the air
Underneath the Lima sky
As if, if fish could fly…
Summer has gone its way
It is fall again I say!
The birds, they just walk on by
Looking, as if, if on parade
And
The world keeps spinning;
They just do not see it
Until the hour comes…
When the sun goes down!…
When,
Things get a little dim;
Yet the Gorriones keep on swimming
Gracefully, swimming, in the wind
Under the Lima sky… .

For those of you who are making your very first iPod acquisition, the variety of options can appear overwhelming. Because of this, there are several things to dwell over when buying an iPod. However, the most significant characteristic for the majority is the size of the internal memory. Like your works Personal Computer or notebook, an iPod has internal memory storage that dictates how much information it can keep saved. From the tiniest iPod Shuffle, to the largest iPod Classic, memory can range from 1 Giga Byte to a massive 160GB! With that amount of storage space your iPod can save anything from two-hundred and forty to three-hundred thousand music songs and has up to one-hundred and fifty hours of video capacity. Moreover, there is broad range of iPod Speakers available in different sizes & features to meet your requests.
The iPod Classic, with available memory of up to one hundred and sixty Giga Bytes can save virtually all of your favourite songs & videos. Playlists can also be automatically chosen based upon your very specific listening preferences. The two and a half inch display of the Apple iPod Classic will show your own video clips in first-rate colour. A short charge of the devices internal battery offers up to thirty-six hours of audio or 6 hours of video playback. Find a large range of technology products such as; iPods, digital photo frames and digital cameras from leading brands online.
The substitute of the iPod Classic is the stylish & minute iPod Nano. The Nano presents a range of good qualities usually found in the iPod Classic as well as the iPod Shuffle. The Nano utilises flash memory like that of the shuffle, but includes a colour display screen and functions like the iPod Classic. The iPod Nano additionally has a shake to shuffle feature like the one seen in the iPod Shuffle. Just shake your Nano to move to a randomly selected music song. With memory capacities of either eight Giga Bytes or 16GB and a two inch wide-screen panel, the iPod Nano is a marvellous mid level MP3 player. By taking features from the iPod Classic & the Nano & including internet ability, Apple created the iPod touch. With storage capacity of eight GB to sixty four Giga Bytes along with internet browsing & an everlasting quantity of extra programs, you have the best of both products!
The smallest music player of the Apple iPod family is the simple yet cute iPod Shuffle. Measuring in at only 1.8 inches by 0.03 of an inch, the shuffle is now smaller than a traditional door key! Scott: If you’ve got a time machine, why don’t you just go back and kill Austin Powers when he’s sitting on the crapper or something?
Dr. Evil: Well it’s true! You’re semi-evil. You’re quasi-evil. You’re the margarine of evil. You’re the Diet Coke of evil. Just one calorie, not evil enough.
Felicity Shagwell: Felicity Shagwell, CIA. Shagwell by name, shag very well by reputation.
Fat Bastard: Of course I’m not happy. Look at me, I’m a big fat slob. I’ve got bigger titties than you do. I’ve got more chins than a Chinese phonebook. I’ve not seen my willie in two years, which is long enough to declare it legally dead.
Dr. Evil: I would probably move on, get another clone but there would be a 15 minute period there where I would just be inconsolable.
Dr. Evil: Mini Me, stop humping the laser.
Fat Bastard: I’m bigger than you and higher up the food chain. Get in my belly.
Fat Bastard: First things first: Where’s the shitter? I’ve got a turtle-head poking out.
Austin: I don’t care if he is a fat bastard Felicity. You don’t kick a man in the pills. It’s just not cricket.

Secured loans for homeowners are also called mortgages. They are loans that are backed by a collateral. A Secured loan for Home Owners is offered against the guarantee of your home or any concrete property. It enables you to get loans according to your needs and also get good deals for easy repayment. They basically mean that if you are a home owner, you can borrow money from a recognized lender offering your property as security against the loan. Their popularity is escalating. Secured loans for homeowners have always been made available at low interest rates. They are forever bettering their own record in terms of interest rates.
The whole perception of the world in the past few years has changed. It allows us to see and capture things that have not been possible in the past. Borrowing money is no longer considered taboo and therefore applying for a loan is a preferred way to sort out our financial troubles. Loans have become accessible and by applying for a secured loan, we can avail of benefits like:
Lower monthly repayments than unsecured loans
The ability to borrow more money
Spread repayments over a longer period of time
Home equity is the value of the home that it may fetch, when sold. Thus, equity shows the market value of the home. By taking a secured loan, one can use this equity. Using equity does not mean selling the home. It is because of the equity that borrowers get the best terms on secured loans. Secured Loans for Home Owners is based on the equity worth of the property and is the preferred loan choice of majority of lenders (and home owners!). This choice offers cheaper interest rates and will be more flexible if the credit track record of the borrower is a bit dodgy. All because you own a property, you can use it as a guarantee, should anything go wrong with your repayments.
There is more scope to borrow larger amounts of money when it is secured against your home, as long as you are able to satisfy the lender of your ability to repay the loan. The amount of money you can borrow over a given term depends on a number of factors, including the amount of equity remaining in your home and your apparent ability to repay the loan. So it pays to spend time finding the right loan from a company you are happy with.
Offering the home as collateral does not cease the rights of the borrower as the owner of the home. Though the lender holds the ownership rights to the home, these are exercisable only when the borrower does not repay the entire amount of the loan. The borrower stays in the home and even regains the rights when the final instalment to the loan is paid.
These days, secured loans for home owners are available with a wide selection of flexible repayment plans, making it easy to ‘tailor’ your loan payments to suit your own personal finances. In the event that you should fail to keep up the required payments on your secured loan, the lender has the right to ask the courts to enforce the sale of your home in order to recoup the remaining debt incurred. However, repossession of your property by the lender of your secured loan due to failure to meet repayments is the worst-case scenario.
Many people with a bad credit history think that they will not be able to get a secured loan, but any home owner that can offer property as security against a loan should not have a problem.
The best attraction of secured loans for home owners is, simply, that it is secured. And because it is a secured loan, it is cheaper. Compare it with your bank or credit card loans, and you might be in for a shock! Secured loans for home owners are credited by offering the lowest interest rates. Interest being a function of risk is lesser in case of secured loans. This is the most important aspect of loan. The result is that you have more money for other things each month, money that would otherwise have gone to financial institutions in the form of interest. This type of secured loan allows you to spend the money on anything you choose, from that much-needed vacation, to home improvements, to consolidating other more expensive loans.
The most preferred loans are those that are offered with sufficient backing. Many lenders look more favourably on people who are home owners as this demonstrates a commitment to repay a large amount of money over a long period. Because these loans are secured by the equity of the property, there is less risk to the lender and the interest rates are lower. They are a smart way to go!!

E-books are one of the most beneficial and easiest ways to make mone on line – if you sell them. But how can you make profits from free e-books? This closely-guarded secret of the self-styled guru’s has recently become easily achievable by just about anyone with something to say, and certainly by everyone who already has a e-book or other information product to sell.
What is a free e-book?
A free e-book is usually an abridged or shortened version of a full e-book or information product. However, neither the fact that it is free or that it is a shortened version of something else means that it can not have value on its own. In fact, you will quickly find that if it does not have its own intrinsic value, that it will be very difficult to distribute – even for free.
For example, our own free e-book gives away our entire content on heart disease and cholesterol – something that virtually everyone needs to know about if they want to maintain their health.
The reason for this is two-fold. Firstly, even if it isn’t costing them money, people always want something for their efforts. To download something then actually read it takes effort, and that effort had better be worthwhile! Secondly, the whole point of creating a free e-book is to showcase the main product i.e. the full book or information product, in order to generate sales. If the free book is not up to scratch, then you can be sure that sales of the full product will not benefit from it.
Why a free e-book, why not just sell it?
Good question. The simple answer is that people love to get something for nothing – or at least to feel that they are getting something for nothing. As stated above, in order for this to be the case, they need to perceive that the “something” has some value to them and the process needs to be as simple as possible.
This means that far more people will be prepared to read your book if it is free than if they have to pay even a small amount for it, which both suggests it has little value and adds time and effort to the process. Conversely, if people see your e-book is free it not only makes them more likely to download it, it also adds value to your main product, i.e. your paid-for book, by letting them know they can only get so much for free.
How will people find my free e-book if I have no website traffic?
This is perhaps the most crucial aspect of giving away anything from your website, and until recently, a difficult issue to resolve. Building traffic to your site takes both time and considerable effort – building the site, getting it hosted, promoting it etc. There are many ways to make this easier and relatively automatic, but it still takes some effort on your part, and, inevitably – time.
The secret of generating both interest in your product and traffic to your site is to get others to help you do it – in other words, multiplication of your efforts. Of course the people you will want to sell your product will already have successful websites (ideally with subject matter relevant to yours) and will want some reward for selling your product (or even giving it away), and this is the part that until recently was difficult.
How to get others to give away your free e-book?
The first thing you need to do is to arrange some reliable way to ensure that those who you want to help you will benefit from sales of your product. This is easy to arrange by setting up an affiliate program and there are many different ways of doing so, which vary enormously in cost, complexity and ease-of-use. Personally, we find Clickbank both inexpensive and easy to use both to set up your program and for your customers to make purchases.
The real key, however, to getting others to give away your FREE e-book is to ensure that THEY will benefit from any sales that it generates. That means that you need to allow them to add THEIR affiliate links to YOUR e-book, so that any recipients of the free book that click on the sales links will generate revenue for both of you.
Either you can make the resultant free e-book editable by your affiliates (a potentially risky strategy, just asking for it to be ripped off) or you can create what has become the new standard for such products – the brandable e-book.
What is a brandable e-book?
A brandable e-book is an e-book that contains specially formatted links that can be changed with a simple editing program without giving editing access to the rest of the book. This means that not only can your affiliates benefit by distributing a copy of your e-book with their links in it, but people that receive it from them can also reformat the links and redistribute it again (you explain HOW in the book itself!).
This creates a “viral” e-book that provides not only the motivation, but also the means for any web-savvy recipient of your book to make a profit from it. Of course, if your content is excellent as well, people will have another good reason to redistribute it to their friends etc and it will reach even further.
The key to creating a brandable e-book is to use an inexpensive branding program to create the special links for you, which will also give you the relevant re-branding program for your affiliates.
We explain exactly how to do this on our own re-branding page – feel free to copy our method and wording if you think it would help you.
By following these simple steps, you too can generate a small army of affiliates to help sell your product for you, for mutual benefit.

To use Flash or not to use Flash, that may no longer be the
question.
For years we’ve been telling clients to restrain their Flash
impulses because, though the technology is admittedly cool, it
doesn’t add value to the typical website. During that time we
looked at Flash as something graphic artists learned to do so
they could not only control the look and feel of a site, just as
they do a brochure, but also attempt to control the visitor’s
path through the site. “Bad web design,” we said, because the
medium “demands that the visitor control the visit.” All still
true, the way most designers continue to use Flash anyway. BUT
(and we’re eating a baby crow here) we now believe that Flash
can be added to pretty much any website to improve the site’s
“selling characteristics” hence it’s longer term conversion rate.
Why have we changed our thinking? Three reasons:
1. The popularity, expense and even necessity of pay-per-click
advertising has brought the quest to improve conversion rates to
the forefront.
2. The spread of broadband has given virtually any web user who
wants it the ability to view large files without succumbing to
boredom.
3. The improvement in the way Flash handles video files has
created one multimedia platform of choice.
The buzzword is “conversion” – meaning that percentage of
a website’s visitors who take a desired action. As the price of
traffic continues to rise – whether you are paying an
optimization firm to help you with search engines or you are
conducting a pay-per-click campaign on Google or Yahoo, the need
to squeeze the most out of every marketing dollar rises with it.
For that reason, JI embarked on a program to use multimedia to
increase response. Simply put, the competition for attention
means that you need to start finding more and better ways to
convey your message and thus make the most of every site
visitor.
The spread of broadband Internet access, while not quite
reaching the growth predictions of many industry luminaries, has
now reached the point where most businesses and a large
percentage of households can get some value from multimedia
content. No more waiting forever for a video file that’s so
jerky that calling it a novelty is the nicest thing one can say.
Today we can pick appropriate spots to write, show and tell your
story so that it adds to the personality of the site and helps
to separate you from the competition.
While always an interesting way to combine text and images,
though not a practical one if you want your site to be found in
search engines, Flash has dramatically improved the way it
handles video files. The end result is that video files can
be substituted for still images and play seamlessly – now
combining motion, text and sound without breaking the bandwidth
bank.
The idea is to build once – use many times.
Simple. Say you run a real estate company and you’re looking for
something to do to set your site apart from the competition,
something effective yet affordable. So instead of the ubiquitous
virtual tours, you build a little application that combines
photos, maps, text and even sound (a narration, perhaps). After
you build the first one, new listings can be added quickly and
inexpensively (think hundreds, not thousands).
Now think what you could do with video instead of stills, or
using a voice over instead of just sounds. Say you’re in a
service business and therefore the show and tell part is
not as simple. How about an interview – giving yourself or your
spokesperson a chance to sell that service? You do it in
person and you do it over the phone, why not online? The cost is
modest, especially considering the mileage you can gain.
Think about it. We’re not suggesting a new website here, not
even a minor facelift. This type of multimedia content can be
produced independently and just linked to your site. It can, in
some cases, even be emailed to a prospect list. Here’s an example of a small Flash production that could reside
on any appropriate website.

Moderate, low-impact exercise really can lend a hand in coping with arthritis. How? By strengthening muscles around your joints, which aids in lessening stress on joints. Exercise is recommended for everybody, but for those with arthritis, it is critical.
Arthritis is a debilitating condition defined as the inflammation of a joint. It may bring about burning pains which leave you feeling tired. As the body ages, arthritis begins to develop from the wide-ranging day-to-day operations of the body. Cartilage begins to wear out and thin out. Bad posture, obesity and traumatic injury may all hasten arthritis’s development. The rubbing of the bones causes irritation and inflammation. Rest is the first treatment option and sometimes relieves the pain, but a patient can on occasion suffer pain that seems endless.
In order to build up healthy joints certain exercises go a long way. Stretching every day is a great activity that can help with joints. Bicycling is another activity that is apt to be beneficial to most joints, and all age groups can carry it out. Stairs are all over the place and free to climb, you can strengthen your lower body joints and save money at the same time by foregoing elevators and escalators whenever possible. Swimming is an effective way to give all your joints a work out. Water cushions body movements and dampens pains, so water aerobics is one of the best exercises for those having joint pains.
Here are few other tips to keep your joints in good shape. Make sure you are within your ideal body weight range. Watch your posture. If you absolutely must lift or carry a heavy object, use your legs. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. Rest if you feel tired, and stop what you are doing if you are having pain. The idea is to eliminate as much undue stress on your joints as possible. And, needless to say, consult your doctor if your pain is bothering you or suddenly worsens.
This article brought to you by www.Medopedia.com, where you can find more information on arthritis treatment and treatments for high blood pressure.

With the terrific sunshine months close approaching you should happen upon loads of theatre productions at the incredible west end Theatreland. The most eagerly anticipated musical production to premiere this Summer is Sister Act, this musical production is directed by the hugely funny Whoopi Goldberg. The musical production is based on the beloved feature films and features a brand new cast and a whole host of new sing-a-long songs to sing along to. The theatre show has already opened to the journalists and had tremendous reviews. The very best reviews coming from the Metro and the London Paper, both who reviewed how good the musical had been put together and how terrific the songs were. This show sounds like a massive hit and a musical that you must see.
Another great musical to premiere this Summer up in London is another film adaptation, Priscilla. The theatre show has Aussie television soap star Jason Donavan as the main star and sees him dress up in the funniest costumes ever seen on the West End. The songs again are catchy and upbeat. This musical show is a definite hit and a musical production that is sure to capture the heart of Londoners and London tourists. If you enjoy London’s West End, then find London theatre tickets at knock down prices online.
From time to time there are certain theatre productions that stand the test of time. One of the most popular theatre productions is Phantom of the Opera. This musical draws in the crowds night after night and is one of the most popular theatre shows in London. The musical production has been showing for over twenty years. The show is based upon a French book and was created by the beloved play writer Andrew Lloyd Webber. The play is about a young lady who’s father dies all of a sudden and sends her an angel from heaven to look after her. The angel her father sent her falls in love with the girl and things turn dangerous with the angel her father sent her threatening the young girls childhood love interest.

Did you kill most computers use up to 10 amps to run? That is indeed a significant amount of power and therefore if your artificially intelligent robotic android domestic maid and family companion is truly state-of-the-art then it will also have a brain which will be as big or bigger than the most sophisticated laptop. That is a lot of energy use and that means it will need significant batteries and of course if your domestic household helper is washing your clothes or doing the dishes you certainly will not want to run out of juice halfway through.
Your artificially intelligent robotic android will need to be efficient in order to conserve energy and you’ll want it to work for up to eight to ten hours without recharge and perhaps recharge overnight. There are issues with this in that it could cost as much as $25 per month just a power it up. This is without consideration of the monthly payment and insurance or service warranty costs. A $5000 artificially intelligent robotic android is not cheap. Indeed, you will need to look into battery charging strategies and perhaps make sure that your robot comes with solar panels. So as you have it mowing the lawn or working outside raking leaves, it will also be charging.
Designers and researchers in artificially intelligent robotic android units for the consumer market must be aware of the costs associated with powering up these high-tech devices. These top-of-the-line units must have adequate battery life, rapidly charging and energy efficient strategies to insure consumer satisfaction. Consider this in 2006.
